Out for my walk 1st thing this morning. After breakfast we broke camp and left Memorial Park in Meaford at 11:45 am. We stopped along the way and called to check on the flood situation at Lake Huron Resort and were told that there was a big improvement but still some standing water around. We arrived at Lake Huron Resort at 2:30pm, checked in and checked out our site as they told us they would give us a complete refund if we were not satisfied. The site was great with only a little bit of water and the owners got us a pallet and some plywood to put in front of our door step as it was a bit muddy there. Its a beautiful park with large sites, pool, laundry, arcade, billiards, showers, etc. After supper we drove back to Kincardine to check in CTC for something and to have a look around. When we got back we went for a walk down to the beach and around the park. After that we lit a fire, roasted some wieners, etc. Just got in from the fire and its off to bed after this is done.
