Day 2450

A sunny day here today and 25. Its 17 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and ready for their mom to pick them up this morning. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and some shopping after. I spent the morning getting things ready to take the motor home out on the road for a prospective buyer. Sarah took Landon to the hospital for his surgery. After lunch a couple who had looked at the motor home earlier here and I took them for a ride in it - they were quite pleased with it and gave us a down payment. I have to get it certified & e-tested and then we will deliver it to them along with the car dolly - he can't drive it yet as he does not have his air brake endorsement. Landon home from surgery in the afternoon - a little groggy & sore but by the evening he was outside playing. After supper I took Damien to Saint Paul's for his soccer game.

Day 2449

A sunny day here today and 25. Its 25 here now.
Landon over for breakfast with us this morning. After breakfast we took Landon with us and went to Kitchener to have a look at a trailer. We worked out a deal for the trailer if the deal on our motor home goes through tomorrow. After we got back home me & Noel did some adjusting on his Jeeps front end. After supper I gave the shed a cleaning and repaired the door latches on Noel's Jeep.

Day 2448

A mix of sun and cloud here today with some thunder & showers now and 28. Its 18 here now.
3 Grandkids here with us this morning for breakfast. Ruby not feeling well today so it was a mostly relaxing day. Did some more checking on trailers for sale in the area and contacted 3 people to have a look at their trailer this week. I took Landon for a ride in his car in the afternoon. Then Bob & Sue here and we had an early bbq birthday supper for Ruby while Damien & Payton were here.

Day 2447

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 30. Its 23 here now.
3 Grand kids here with us for breakfast this morning. Before lunch me, Ruby & Payton went to London to some RV dealers to check on some trailers. Then on to St. Thomas to a RV dealer there - didn't find what we wanted today. Stopped in Woodstock on the way back to pick up a few things. When we got back home I cleaned the BBQ and replaced the flame guard in it, Damien here with us for tonight.

Day 2446

A sunny day here today and 28. Its 24 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and ready for their mom to pick them up this morning. I then went to a golf course in Woodstock where I met 5 guys from BVP and played 18 holes. After golf we stopped at the pro shop for a lunch. After I got back home me, Ruby & Landon went to Costco in London. When we got back I helped Noel installed new soft doors on his Jeep. We then had a couple here to have a look at our motor home and it looks like it is sold pending a road test next week - gotta find something to live in now.

Day 2445

A sunny day here today and 27. Its 23 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and ready this morning for their mom to pick them up. Landon out for breakfast with us. After breakfast me & Noel got back at digging & leveling the footing for his garage - did some more after lunch. Ruby & Landon into Woodstock to pick up supper. Damien & Payton here after Damien's soccer game and they are sleeping here with us.

Day 2444

A mostly sunny day here today and 29. Its 23 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and ready this morning for their mom to pick them up. Landon out for breakfast with us. After breakfast me & Noel removed the pump from the pool filter, removed the sand and then the pipe & laterals. Will have to get new laterals as some have the clip broken - was getting sand in the pool from the filter last year. I then gave everything a good cleaning. I then made a little sandbox for Landon with the sand from the pool filter. Ruby into Woodstock to pick up a few things. Noel took his Jeep to get a safety inspection and when him & Sarah went to pick it up I watched Landon & Charlie. When Noel got back with the Jeep we had to do a couple of things so it would pass inspection - got the backup lights working and fixed a slow signal on the drivers side. Damien & Payton here with us for tonight.

A sunny day here today and 27. Its 23 here now.
Landon out for breakfast with me this morning and Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and some shopping after. I spent the morning with Landon until Ruby got back home and took him in for his nap. In the afternoon I took Landon for a ride in his car while Ruby helped Sue with Charlie. Had supper outdoors with Bob, Sue, Landon & Charlie. Noel & Sarah home from Niagara Falls shortly after. Damien & Payton gone to Damien's soccer game and will be here shortly to spend the night

A sunny day here today and 24. Its 18 here now.
Landon over for breakfast with us this morning. After breakfast Noel & Sarah left for Niagara Falls  - they are there for a one night break. Sue staying in the house to watch Charlie and Landon with us during the day. After lunch I dug some more of the footing for Noel's garage - got another side done, only the back left to dig now. We had supper outside with Landon and then Ruby got him ready for bed and took him into the house for tonight. Damien & Payton sleeping here with us tonight.
