Day 3350

Lots of rain here this morning and cloudy in the afternoon and 13. Its 7 here now.
Both of us up this morning to get Landon & Charlie some breakfast and then got them dressed. I then took them down to the house where me & Sarah saw Landon off to school. Got some more things ready before leaving on our trip and after the rain stopped loaded some more things in our vehicle. Then down to meet Landon's bus. After that I cleaned the water and leaves off the slide-outs on our trailer. After supper we all went out with Landon & Charlie for the trick and treat. Landon & Charlie here with us tonight.

Day 3349

Frost here this morning but a nice sunny day and 12. Its 8 here now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning, then got then dressed and took them down to the house. Then me & Sarah saw Landon off to school. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting, out to lunch after the meeting with her TOPS friends and then did some shopping. I winterized the hardtop camper belonging to Sarah's brother which we used this summer. Then gathered up some more things to take with us to Florida. When Ruby got back home I packed a few things in our vehicle. Landon & Charlie here with us tonight.

Another cold day here today with rain in the morning, cloudy with some sun in the afternoon and 8. Its 5 here now.
Ruby feeling a little better today but it seems I have a touch of the bug now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning. Then Noel up to help me get them dressed and the we took Landon down to get his bus. After our breakfast I brought in the containers & suitcases from the shed and we spent the day getting some things packed for our Florida trip. Landon & Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Another cold wet day here today and 6. Its 5 here now.
Ruby feeling a little better today. Landon & Charlie up with us during the day to keep us company. In the afternoon we went into Woodstock to Gerry & Yvonne's for a couple of refreshments and a great prime rib roast supper. Landon & Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 3346

A cold wet windy day here today and 4. Its 2 here now.
Ruby feeling a little better but still not well. Charlie up with us for awhile this morning. I went into Woodstock to pick up a few things. After lunch out in the shop with Noel, Landon & Charlie. Me & Noel gave the shop a little cleaning. I then emptied and gave the shop vac a good cleaning. Then Landon & Charlie here with us for a little while to see gaga. After supper I went down and put up a couple of curtain rods in the basement.

Day 3345

A cloudy day here today and 9. Its 5 here now.
Got breakfast for Charlie this morning, then got her dressed and took her down to the house. After my breakfast I went out and lit the fire in the shop. After the shop warmed up a bit I spent most of the day cutting and sanding pieces for Noel's metal roses. In the afternoon I did a little work in the house basement - installed receptacle covers, fixed a couple lights, installed a couple of curtains , etc. All the items that were removed by the insurance contractor were put back this morning. After supper I went down to watch Charlie while Noel took Damien into Woodstock and picked Payton up from her dance class. Also put Landon to sleep while I was down there. Ruby lying down all day as she is not feeling well.

Day 3344

Both of us up this morning to get breakfast for Landon & Charlie and get them dressed. I then took them down to the house where we got Landon off to school. After that I took our vehicle to a car care place near us to have it detailed and waxed. I then walked back home. After my breakfast I got Noel's ride on lawnmower & trailer and went around the property and cut up a few trailer loads of wood from fallen trees, etc. Packed them in the shop. Then me & Damien down to the road to meet Landon's bus. After that I cut a few pieces for Noel's metal roses. Then before supper I walked to the car care place to get our vehicle. Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 3343

A cloudy day here today with a cold wind and 6. Its 4 here now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning and then got them dressed and took them down to the house. Me and Sarah then saw Landon off to school. After Ruby's breakfast we went into Woodstock where we picked up our 6 month supply of medicine and then made a couple more stops before heading back home. When we got back home we took everything out off our vehicle as it is being detailed tomorrow. We then discovered that 2 bottles of my medicine were missing. After searching without any luck I called the drug store and they told me I had left them on the counter there so I went back to the store to get them. In the afternoon I went down to the house and repaired a leak in the water line connection by the well pump. Landon & Charlie here with us tonight.

Got breakfast for Landon this morning and then Ruby & Charlie up. We got them dressed and then I took them down to the house for Sarah to get them off to school. I took Damien to his school as he wanted to take his scooter to go to the skate park after school. Ruby went to her TOPS class and then picked up Charlie from her daycare and they did some shopping. After the grass dried up a bit I trimmed the lawn . then cleaned and put away the trimmer - last lawn cut for this year. Landon & Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 3341

A sunny day here today and 11. Its 7 here now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning, dressed them and then down to meet Sarah and see Landon off to school. After my breakfast I went into Woodstock to pick up gas & propane. When I got back I stored all the outside patio items in the shed - lights, chairs, etc. Then drained the water hoses, stored them and cleaned the BBQ and stored that. After that I mowed most of the garden and Damien finished up when he got home from school. Landon & Charlie here with us tonight.

Day 3340

A mostly cloudy day here today with a cold wind and 4. Its 2 here now.
Had breakfast with Landon this morning. Then me and Noel went down to the house basement and painted the room addition - painted the ceiling, around the window and the walls. Then cleaned up all the gear and put it away. Landon & Charlie up keeping Ruby company. Then had trouble with our grinder pump - disconnected it, freed up the motor and hooked it back up - ok now. Landon & Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

A cloudy day here today with showers throughout the day and 10. Its 4 here now.
Ruby went to her TOPS Rally in Woodstock this morning. I went down to the house basement and sanded the plaster in the room part that I extended earlier. Then me & Noel touched up some spots with more plaster. After supper me & Noel sanded some more then painted the ceiling with drywall primer.

Sunny in the morning and cloudy in the afternoon here today and 15. Its 9 here now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning. Then Ruby up to help get them dressed and out the door. I took them down to the house where me & Sarah saw Landon off to school. After my breakfast I went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes along with 2 other guys. Into the clubhouse after golf for a refreshment. On the way back home I picked up Charlie from her daycare. Before supper I picked up Payton at her bus stop. After supper Ruby down to the house to watch the grandkids while Sarah went to pick up Payton from her dance class.

Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning and then got them dressed and took them down to the house. Then me & Sarah got Landon on his bus. After my breakfast I lit the fire in the shop and after it warmed up a bit I spent the day there cutting and sanding pieces for Noel's metal roses. Ruby started wrapping the Christmas gifts. I then took Landon to his karate class. Landon & Charlie here with us for tonight.

A cold cloudy windy day here today with some rain, some hail and even a little snow squall.
Had breakfast with Landon and Charlie this morning before I got them dressed. Then Noel here and we took them down for Landon to catch his bus. After that I took our vehicle to the dealership in Woodstock to have it serviced. While it was being done I walked to a drug store and got my flu shot - Ruby got hers yesterday. At lunchtime I went into Woodstock to pick up Damien from his school as he wasn't feeling well. In the afternoon we did a few more small things to get ready for our Florida trip - weather to bad for any outside work. Also checked out why our internet not working - still down, will have to do more checking tomorrow. Landon and Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning and then Ruby up to help get them dressed. Then Sarah here and we got Landon off to school and Charlie off to her daycare. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and after her meeting she picked up Charlie from her daycare and then they went shopping. After it warmed up a bit I took a door from the house basement up to the shop to do some repairs on it. Made a piece for the bottom of the door and then clued & nailed the panels to it. After that I did some caulking on the bus shelter. Then I took Landon to his karate class. Landon & Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

A cloudy, windy, wet day here today with showers and misty rain throughout the day and 11. Its 5 here now.
Got breakfast for Landon & Charlie this morning and then Noel here to help get them dressed and off to school & daycare. I was going to go golfing this morning but the weather put a stop to that. After breakfast Noel here and we did some computer / paperwork for him. I then spent the day doing my paperwork and some things to get ready for our trip to Florida. In the afternoon Bob & Sue here for Damien's birthday supper. I BBQ'd Ruby's homemade burgers, Ruby picked up some fries and Ruby had a great birthday cake made for him. Landon & Charlie here with us tonight.
