Day 2479

A sunny day here today and 29. Its 22 here now.
Landon up with us & Payton for breakfast this morning. After breakfast me & Ruby went to see our family doctor to get our annual checkup report - all good. When we got back home I checked out why the lights weren't working on the utility trailer - took awhile but found bad ground on both lights. I then took the trailer into Woodstock to pick up some plywood for my new shed floor. Then back into Woodstock without the trailer to pick up a few things. After supper I watered down some of the foundation for the garage floor, siphoned of some of the water on the pool cover and temp hooked up the antenna for the 2 bedroom TVs. We then went down to give Landon & Charlie their bottle before they went to bed.

Day 2478

A mix of sun and cloud here today with a few rain showers and 20. Its 15 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and out the door for their mom to pick them up this morning. Landon up with us for breakfast. After breakfast Ruby took me to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes with 2 other guys. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and a little shopping after. She then came and picked me up. We stopped to pick up an item before heading home. Ruby & Landon then went back into Woodstock for her to finish her shopping. Damien & Payton here with us for tonight.

Day 2477

A sunny day here today and 32. Its 29 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and out the door this morning for their dad to take them to school. Landon up with us for breakfast. After breakfast I started at our new shed. Cleared the spot where it will go, put the base frame and the floor frame together. After that I started bringing gravel to level the ground where it will go. Damien & Payton here with us tonight.

Day 2476

A mostly sunny day here today and 31. Is 26 here now with a thunderstorm.
After a lite breakfast this morning we got ready and went to a golf course in St. Marys where we met Gerry & Yvonne and played 9 holes of golf with them. After golf we went for a buffet brunch. Then back to a store in Woodstock and home after that. Noel did a BBQ for supper.

Day 2475

A sunny day here today and 29. Its 26 here now.
Got breakfast for all this morning - except Sarah & Payton who were gone to Sarah's ball. After breakfast me & Noel got back at leveling the ground for his garage floor - got it finished - ready to be tamped now. In the afternoon me, Ruby, Damien & Landon went to rib-fest in Woodstock. Too hot to stay there so we picked up supper and took it back to Noel's.

Day 2474

A sunny day here today and 30. Its 23 here now.
Got Damien & Payton up and out the door for their mom to pick them up this morning. Landon up with us for breakfast. After breakfast I cut down some trees that were near the trailer to have a place for my new shed. I also cut some lower limbs of the big spruce tree in front of our trailer. Then cleaned it all up. After that I gave Noel a hand leveling the ground to get things ready to pour his garage floor. Ruby had a great stew & dumplings made for supper. Damien here with us for tonight.

Got Damien & Payton up and out the door this morning for their mom to pick them up. Landon up with us for breakfast. After breakfast me, Ruby, Noel & Sarah went to a golf course in Woodstock and played 18 holes of golf - great for 4 of us to get out together. Damien & Payton here with us tonight.

Got Damien & Payton up and out the door for their mom to pick them up this morning. Landon up with us for breakfast. After breakfast me & Noel did the final leveling & bracing of the garage forms. Before supper me and Ruby went into Woodstock to pick up a few things - I bought a new line trimmer. Its the one that takes different attachments so it can be used for different things. After supper I trimmed the garden - Noel mowed it yesterday. Damien & Payton here with us for tonight.

After breakfast Ruby dropped me at a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes with 2 other guys. She then went to her TOPS meeting and shopping after. Spent the evening enjoying Landon & Charlie. Damien & Payton sleeping here with us tonight.
