A cloudy day here today and 15. Its 9 here now.
After breakfast this morning closed the slideouts on the motorhome & raised the front with the hydraulic jacks to start working on the passenger side front compartment framing. Removed mud flap and cut out the piece of squared stock from the bottom of the compartment and also held the mud flap - it had rusted out. Then into Woodstock to pick up a piece of flat bar and when I got back I welded it to the squared stock that I had bought earlier. After that I disconnected the power & batteries on the motorhome and installed & welded the new piece in place. Then spray painted it and re-installed the mud flap. Then hooked everything up, leveled motorhome, put out the slides and put everything back in place. It was then time to watch the rest of the Blue Jays ball game. Damien & Payton are sleeping here with us tonight.
