Day 1522

Another beautiful sunny day here today and 29º. Its 25º here now.

Mike picked me up this morning and we went to a golf course and played 18 holes of golf. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting. When we got got back from golf Buck & Marie (our cross the road neighbors) had arrived. I then went to the pool for a before supper freshen up. Buck, Marie & Mike here for an outside supper and a few refreshments after. We even had a trick or treater.

Day 1521

Another hot sunny day here today and 29. Its 26 here now.
Out for a walk around the park a few times this morning. After breakfast made a few calls etc to check on getting our motorhome windshield repaired. Got a quote for our insurance and booked to get the repair done this afternoon. Then washed our vehicle and the front of the motorhome - vehicle gets really dirty towing it behind the motorhome lol. Shortly after lunch the company teck showed up to repair the windshield - did a great job, can hardly see it now and our insurance is going to reimbuse us for the cost. We then walked to the mall by our park to pick up a few things. After I got back I set up our satellite dish and then to the pool to freshen up before supper. We went out for a walk around the park after suppper - people are starting to trickle in and we talked to quite a few. Talked to the grandkids on Skype when we got back from our walk.

Day 1520

A hot sunny day here today and 28º. Its 26º here now.

Left PFJ in Lake Park, GA at 0750. Stopped at a rest area to say goodbye to Jim & Linda. Then we stopped at a PFJ in Dade city to top up fuel and have a snack. Left there at 1150 and arrived at IRTP at 1245. Got everything set up on our lot and then went for a swim in the park pool. After that we walked to the grocery store and picked up a few things - gotta have some of that Public chicken. After supper Mike surprised us by showing up - he is from Grand Falls and we met him & Diane here last year. He towed his trailer down and is going to leave it and his truck here year round. I helped him set his trailer up on his lot and then he came here for supper.
