Me & Bruce went to Deer Lake on Monday morning and picked up our supplies for our fishing trip. After lunch me, Bruce, Justin, Noel and Damien left home and drove to Portland Creek where Dan picked us up at the park there and took us in boat to their camp. We stayed there for 2 nights and returned back home on Wednesday. Had a great trip. Weather was warm but windy. Saw 4 moose, caught 2 salmon & 14 trout and Damien landed his first salmon. Also Vera cooked us up a great feed off trout. Thanks Dan & Vera for the trip and the memories.
While we were gone Ruby had a baby shower for Sarah at Brenda's.
