Day 1774

A mix of sun and cloud here today with a rain storm in the afternoon and 28º. Its 23º here now.

Made a wooden sword for Damien this morning. After lunch we took Damien & Payton to Deer Lake beach for a swim. Up to Bruce & Marlene's after supper. Noel, Sarah, Damien, Payton & Skye went to Big Falls - they saw lots of salmon.

Day 1773

A nice sunny day here today and 29º. Its 18º here now.

Spent the morning enjoying the grandkids - Noel & Sarah went up the coast to do some hiking. In the afternoon we took the grandkids over to mom & dad's trailer at Little Bonne Bay Pond. Noel & Sarah joined us there and Jamie (Mona's son) showed up too. Mom had a great cooked supper for everyone and Sharon & Gary there for a visit after supper. When we got back home we were all at Bruce & Marlene's for a fire and some s'mores.

Day 1772

Rain in the morning here today but cleared up to be a nice day and 27º. Its 24º here now.

After breakfast this morning we got ready and went up the coast for the day (me, Ruby, Noel, Sarah, Damien, Payton & Landon). Stopped at Bakers Brook, lunch at Rocky harbour, etc. We were gonna dip Landon's feet in the ocean at Bakers Brook as we did with Damien & Payton but it was to windy - will have to do it another time. When we got back Marlene had a great moose stew supper ready for us.
