Day 1155

A beautiful warm sunny day here today and 79º (26º). Its 70º (21º) here now.
We were out for a walk after breakfast. Gerry & Yvonne here before lunch. After lunch the 4 of us went to the Largo Golf Course (across the road from our park) and played 9 holes of golf . Its the first time me and Ruby played golf in Florida. In the clubhouse for a refreshment after and then Gerry & Yvonne left for their park and we went back to our park for some relaxing.

Day 1154

A nice sunny day here today but windy and 70º (21º). Its 64º (18º) here now.
Got caught up on some paper work this morning and Ruby gave the motorhome a good cleaning. After lunch I washed our vehicle and the front of the motorhome. We then went to visit Gerry & Yvonne at their park - its only 20 minutes from us. The four of us went out for supper. When we got back to our park we had a walk & look around the park. Then it was PJ and wine time.

Cool & cloudy for most of the day but sunny by the time we stopped in Georgia.
Left Pilot Flying J in Hope Hull, Alabama at 07:45. Stopped at a rest stop in Alabama for a short break at 10:15. Stopped at a parking lot in Cairo, Georgia at 12:15 - picked up a few items at a grocery store and had lunch. Arrived at PFJ in Hope Park, Georgia at 15:00. Fueled up and parked for the night.

Nice sunny morning and warmed up as the day went along.
Left PFJ in Lake Park, Georgia at 07:35 - raring to go this morning - getting close lol. Stopped at a rest stop in Florida at 10:25 - said so long to Jim & Linda as they will be turning off to go to their park just down the road. Our thanks to them for guiding us from home to Florida, we realy enjoyed travelling with them - great job guys - take care. We then stopped at a PFJ in Dade City, Florida to fuel up before heading to our park in Largo, Florida. Arrived at Indian Rocks Travel Park at 12:30, checked in and got set up on our lot. Out for a walk around the park - beautiful park - check out the pics below. Walked to the grocery store directly behind our lot and picked up a few items. Had supper, make a few phone calls home and then some relaxing.
