Day 2491

A sunny day here today and 34. Its 29 here now.
Landon joined Damien & Payton for breakfast with us this morning. Then the concrete crew and cement trucks showed up. They poured the footing & floor for Noel's shop and then leveled & floated it. Me & Noel installed the anchor bolts. Glad to finally have that job done. Ruby into Woodstock for her TOPS meeting and shopping after. After lunch I spent some time in the pool with Payton & Landon. Then got back at wiring the new shed. Noel did a BBQ for supper. After supper I finished up the wiring on the shed. Then back in the pool with Noel & Landon.

Day 2490

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 30. Its 25 here now.
Landon up to join Damien, Payton & us for breakfast this morning. After breakfast I went into Woodstock to pick up some things for the new shed - electrical, fridge etc. After lunch I ran a wire to install an electrical receptacle underneath the trailer at the front. Then ran a wire into the shed and buried it from the shed to the trailer receptacle - so got power to the shed now. Noel did a BBQ for supper. After supper me and Landon went for a dip in the pool.

Day 2489

A sunny day here today and 30. Its 22 here now.
Landon up for breakfast this morning along with Damien & Payton. After breakfast we went to a golf course in Woodstock where we played 9 holes of golf. After golf we check out & picked up a few things at some stores and then went for lunch. When we got back home I installed the doors on the new shed and did some caulking on it - shed now completed. Wiring and shelving etc next on the list. Damien & Payton here with us tonight.

A mostly cloudy day here today with a few lite showers and 23. Its 18 here now.
Landon up with us for breakfast this morning. After breakfast me & Noel got a putting my new shed together - spent the rest of the day and the evening at it - lots of screws & panels etc. Got it all done except for the doors. Damien & Payton here before lunch and are sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 2487

A mostly sunny day here today with thunderstorms here now and 31. Its 30 here now.
Landon up for breakfast with us this morning. After breakfast I went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes with another guy. In the clubhouse for a refreshment after. After I got back home I put some of the framing together for my new shed. We then watched Landon & Charlie while Noel & Sarah went shopping. After supper I had Landon in the pool with me for a dip.

Day 2486

A mostly sunny day here today and 35. Its 28 here now.
Landon had us up bright and early this morning. After breakfast I started getting things ready for the concrete crew tomorrow morning. Got out the ready rod, cut into lengths and bent them to be used as anchors for the walls - 48 anchors in all. Then marked out on the forms where they will be placed. After that I cleaned up the scrap wood etc around the area for the concrete trucks. Ruby & Sue went shopping for the day. After I finished getting things ready me & Landon in the pool for a cool down. I then took Landon into Woodstock with me to do a few errands. After supper I checked with the concrete man and he won't be doing the floor tomorrow because it calls for rain and thundershowers - didn't want to take the chance.

Day 2485

A sunny day here today and 33. Its 25 here now.

Landon up with us for breakfast this morning. Ruby, Sarah & Charlie went to London to do some shopping. I got at my new shed foundation - leveled it, put down plastic, placed metal floor frame and installed plywood on the frame. After that me & Landon had a dip in the pool. Bob & Sue here and we did a BBQ for supper. Landon up with us for a sleepover tonight.
