Day 599

Cold this morning with east wind but warmed up a bit with some sun in the afternoon and 8º. Its 4º here now with showers.
Out for a walk first thing this morning. After breakfast I cleaned up the work shed and did some raking on our lot. Ruby went for a walk. Noel, Tammy, Damien & Payton here in the afternoon where Ruby had a great feed of fish, tatties, brewis, scruntions & drawing butter for supper - some good. Spent some time after supper having fun with our family and they then left for home. Relaxing now and watching the Flyers/Sabers hockey game.

Day 598

Another cold cloudy windy day here today and 7º. Is 3º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am for Noel & Tammy to go to work and the wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run and then into Kitchener for a Bus Driver PD meeting. After the grandkids got up Ruby got them off to school. After lunch Ruby into Woodstock and then into Noel's to wait for the grandkids to get home from school and Tammy to get home from work. After the meeting in Kitchener I did my afternoon bus run - long day lol. Relaxing after supper and watching the Habs/Bruins hockey game.

Day 597

Another cold cloudy windy day here today and 8º. Its 3º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am for Noel & Tammy to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run and stopped for tea and fuel after. After the grandkids got up Ruby got Damien off to school and brought Payton back to our place. After breakfast I went for a walk. Then did my afternoon bus run and while I was gone Ruby took Payton home and waited for Damien to get home from school and Tammy to get home from work. Relaxing now and watching the Capitals/Rangers hockey game.

Day 596

Cold cloudy windy day here today and 4º. Its 3º and showers here now.
Got out of the home without waking either of the grandkids and did my morning bus run and stopped for tea after. After their breakfast Ruby took the grandkids into school. Then she went into Woodstock for her meeting and some shopping. After breakfast I went for a walk and then off to do my afternoon bus run. While I was gone Ruby went into Noel's to wait for the grandkids to get home from school and Noel to get home from work. Relaxing after supper and gonna watch the Canucks/Blackhawks hockey game.

Day 595

Cold damp day here today with some snow flurries and 3º. Its 3º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am for Noel & Tammy to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run and fueled up after. Ruby got Damien off to school and then brought Payton back to our place. Ruby then went to her dental appointment in Woodstock and me & Payton spent the morning together. After Ruby got home I went for a walk and then did my afternoon bus run. While I was gone Ruby took Payton home and waited for Damien to get home from school and for Tammy to get home from work. Noel just dropped the grandkids here for a sleepover tonight.

Day 594

Cold windy day here today with some wet snow flurries and 4º - not nice. Its 2º here now.
Mostly relaxing day here today which we try and do each Sunday. Not fit to get outdoors so we did some reading, tv viewing, computing, watching hockey, etc, etc, etc. Getting ready now to watch the Vancouver/Chicago hockey game.

Day 593

Windy and rain showers here today and 11º. Its cloudy and 9º here now.
Out in the work shed this morning and did some more putting the mower back together. Just before lunch Noel dropped the grandkids here and then I went into his place. We then went to our hunting place, I drove there in my vehicle and Noel drove there on his quad. We met James there and he was on his quad. It was wet and windy. We went in and set up our blind and trail cameras to get ready to hunt some turkeys next month. After I got back home I finished up the mower - looks good and started easily. Tammy picked up the grandkids on her way home from work. We had a BBQ for supper - first one this year. Now watching the Montreal/Boston hockey game.
