Day 3387

A sunny day here today and 24. Its 18 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast Ruby went for her walk and I went for a bike ride. After I got back I drained and flushed out our hot water tank. Then out to pick up a shutoff valve etc and when I got back I installed it it in the drain hole of the hot water tank to make it easier for draining - there was a plug there before. After lunch we removed the patio door and screen door to clean track, oil wheels, etc. In the afternoon a few people here on our deck for a couple of refreshments before supper. After supper 6 of us went to Largo Central Park to walk around and see the Christmas lights.

Day 3386

A sunny day here today and 20. Its 15 here now.
Ruby went to her TOPS meeting this morning. I walked to the golf course where I played 18 holes with the park golf league. After Ruby's meeting she went and got her hair done before doing some shopping. After I got home from golf I did up and posted the stats for the golf league. Then a few of us went down to Lawrence and Teresa's for a couple of refreshments before supper. Watching the Leafs / Wings game now.

Day 3385

A sunny day here today with a cold wind and 15. Its 12 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast Ruby went for her walk. I removed our water filter to install a new one and while I was at it went out to pick up a shut-off valve. Installed shut-off valve in water line underneath our unit to protect water from being turned on accidentally while we aren't here. After lunch Ruby made 4 poinsettias and we took them to the clubhouse and put them up on the poles there.

Day 3384

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 27. Its 19 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. We then went to the clubhouse for the park's monthly association meeting. After that we took Gary & Sharon to the Tampa airport for them to fly back home. When we got back home Ruby went to the clubhouse for line dancing. I unpacked and tried the new pressure washer. Then I did up and posted the golf teams for Thursday's golf league and then walked to the golf course to bring over the list.

After breakfast this morning 8 of us went to a golf course in St, Pete's where we played 18 holes. Ruby out for some shopping. After I got back from golf relaxed a little and then a few here on our deck for a couple of before supper refreshments. Then me, Ruby, Gary & Sharon went to a restaurant in Seminole for supper - thanks guys.

Day 3382

A sunny day here today and 26. Its 24 here now.
After breakfast this morning 6 of us went to a golf course in St. Pete's where we played 9 holes. After golf we went out for lunch. Then back home where we got at the outdoor Christmas decorations - got it all done. After we had a cup of tea on our deck with Gary & Sharon.

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 26. Its 23 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast we went to the clubhouse to help decorate for Christmas. After that we got ready and 10 of us went to Redington Beach for a few hours - a bit windy but nice. After supper me, Ruby, Gary & Sharon walked around the park and checked the lights at the clubhouse.
