Day 2399

A sunny day here today and 28. Its 24 here now.
Ruby went to her TOPS meeting this morning. We then walked to the golf course and played 18 holes in our park golf league - it as our season ending scramble. After we got back home we went to the park hall for a golf potluck supper and awarding of prizes. Ruby's team won for the best score and I won for the men's closest to the pin. After golf 12 of us here on our deck for a few refreshments.

Days 2397 & 2398

Tuesday, March 29, 2016
A cloudy day with thunderstorms starting at lunchtime and 25.
4 of us from our park went to a golf course in Largo and played 18 holes of golf - just finished before before the rain and thunder started. Ruby out for some shopping. After lunch me and Fred did up the golf teams for our 2nd scramble on Thursday. After supper Ruby went to the park hall for bingo.

A sunny day here today and 29. Its 24 here now.
Out for a walk this morning and Ruby to the park hall for her exercise class. I then walked to the golf course to bring over our team list and to pick up the paperwork for our scramble tomorrow. After breakfast Ruby and Maryann went shopping and I install a new speed computer on my bike - the previous was defective. After lunch me and Fred went out to pick up the prizes for the golf scramble tomorrow and when we got back we organized the prizes. Before supper we went to our neighbour, Tim, for a few refreshments.

Day 2396

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 27. Its 23 here now.
Me and Fred went for a 37 mile bike ride this morning down to St. Pete's and back home. Ruby went to the park hall for her exercise class and then went shopping with the girls. After supper we went to Lawrence & Teresa's for a few games of fast trac - Dayle & Carolyn there too.

A mostly sunny day here today and 28. Its 24 here now.
After breakfast this morning we went to a golf course, along with 2 other couples, and played 9 holes of golf. We all went out for a small lunch after golf. In the afternoon we went to the park hall for a great Easter supper. After supper we went to the park pool for a swim to cool down for the night.

Day 2394

 A sunny day here today and 29. It's 25 here now.
Out for a walk this morning and then I went for a 10 mile bike ride. After breakfast I went down to our motorhome and started it to run the engine for a while plus ran the generator to charge up the batteries. Also move it back and forth to loosen things up. After that I helped our neighbour, Tim, check out the roof satellite on his motorhome roof. Ruby went to the park pool to cool down. After that we went to Fred & Diane's to get together with the crew for a few refreshments.

Day 2393

A mostly cloudy day here today with a wicked thunderstorm shortly after lunch and 23. Its 23 here now.
Out for a walk this morning and Ruby to the park hall for her exercise class. After breakfast I took some photos of my bike computer to email to the company that I purchased it from - some of the numbers on the screen are dull. We spent the day doing some work around the trailer. In the afternoon I took my golf driver to a golf shop to have a new grip install. After I got back I did up and posted the stats for the park golf league. After supper Ruby went to Maryann's to get together with the girls to play a card game. Mary, Lar, Shirley, Sheila, Jason & family dropped in for a short visit.

Ruby went to her TOPS meeting this morning. I walked to the golf course and played 18 holes of golf with the park league. Ruby went shopping in the afternoon. After I got back home we had a couple from Ontario here to have a look at our motorhome. Then the crew all here for a few refreshments. After our refreshments we all went to Five Guys Burgers & Fries for a late supper.

A sunny day here today and 26. Its 21 here now.
Ruby went to the park hall this morning for her exercise class. Me and Fred took our bikes to Dunedin and then rode north on the Pinellas Trail for 18.5 miles for a total ride of 37 miles. After we got back we dropped Fred's bike at a bike shop for some gear adjustments etc. After that me and Ruby went to Redington Beach for a couple of hours.

A sunny day here today and 22. Its 17 here now.
Walked to the golf course this morning and played 9 holes along with 8 other guys. Ruby and a group from our park went to a church fundraising lunch here in Largo and after golf me and Fred joined them. After we got back home I installed a new rear rack & storage bag, mirror, bell and speedometer on my new bike. Me and Fred then loaded our bikes on our car rack for our bike trip tomorrow morning. We then got together with the crew at Fred's for a few refreshments. After supper Ruby went to bingo at the park hall.

Day 2389

A sunny day here today with a cool wind and 19. Its 14 here now.

Me and Fred cancelled our bike ride this morning due to the strong cool wind. Ruby went to the park hall for her exercise class. I got at drawing up the plans for Noel's workshop. After lunch we went out for a little shopping. When we got back I finished up the plans and emailed them to Noel. After supper we skyped with the family. I did up and filed mom & dad's and our income tax.
