Day 941

Mix of sun and cloud here today and 7º. Its 5º here now.
Into Noel's at 5 am for him to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up - there first night at Noel's new home. After they got up I brought them to our place. After breakfast I took Damien to his karate class - Payton tagged along. Noel here at lunch time after he got off work and picked up the grandkids. I put our new BBQ together - giving ours to Noel as its infrared and doesn't burn up Ruby's steak enough. After supper we watched the Herder finals between the Cats & Bous.

Day 940

Cold cloudy windy day here today and 5º. Its -1º here now.
Did my morning bus run. Ruby got the grandkids off to school and then she went to Noel's to give his house a cleaning. I stayed in after my regular bus run and did a charter to Waterloo and then did my afternoon bus run. After I got home we met Noel in Woodstock and brought his washer/dryer (our house warming gift for him) to his home.

Day 939

Cold cloudy day here today and 4 degrees. Its 1 here now.
Ruby into Tammy's at 6 am for them to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run. Ruby got Damien off to school and then her and Payton to our place. After breakfast I went into Noel's new home, brought out the table & chairs and set it up. Also, set up his bed. Then did my afternoon bus run. Ruby and Payton in and picked up Damien when he got home from school. After supper I took Damien to his karate class - Payton tagged along with us. Kids here for a sleepover. After that I went in and helped Noel move some of his things to his new home - clothes, furniture, Tv etc. Lots to move yet lol. He is spending his first night in his new home tonight.

Day 938

Sunny in the morning but cloudy and windy in the afternoon and 18º. Its 6º here now.
Ruby into Tammy's at 6 am for them to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run. Ruby got the grandkids off to school. After breakfast I went for a walk and Ruby went into Woodstock for some shopping. Then off for my afternoon bus run. After supper Noel picked me up and we went to Stratford and picked up his new bed and took it to his new home. We also set up the fridge and stove.

Day 937

Sunny day here today and 8º. Its 5º here now.
Did my morning bus run and Ruby into Woodstock for her meeting. I stopped at Tammy's on my way home from my bus run and stayed there with Payton - Tammy working and Noel had to get some paper work etc done on his new home. She needed someone there as her basement sump pump gave up last night (we were in to help clean up the water in the basement). Restoration people / plumber / adjuster there today to get things straightened out. Ruby came there after her meeting and I went home - shift work lol. I then did my afternoon bus run. When I got back home me and Ruby went into Woodstock and got Noel his house warming gift - we will pick it up on Friday and take it to his new home.

Day 936

Sunny day here today but with a cold wind and 4º. Its 0º here now.
Ruby into Tammy's at 6 am for them to go to work and to wait for the grandkids to get up. I did my morning bus run. Ruby got the grandkids off to school. After breakfast I went for a walk and then did my afternoon bus run. Ruby in to wait for the grandkids to get home from school and wait for Tammy to get home from work. After supper Noel picked me up and we went into Woodstock to check on something for his new home.

Day 935

Sunny here today and 17º. Its 9º here now.
After a late breakfast Noel came and picked me up and we went to Tillsonburg where Noel picked up a table and chairs set for his new house. After we got back and unloaded that we went to Stratford where he purchased a bed for his new house. He then dropped me at home and me and Ruby went into Woodstock to have a look at a few things.

Day 934

A cool day here today with lite showers and 10º. Its 6º here now.
Into Woodstock this morning to do some business. After breakfast we went to New Hamburg and then to Kitchener to check on some items. Up to the park chalet for a pot luck supper - Ruby won the 50/50 draw. After we got home we watched the Cats / Caribous Herder game. Watching hockey now.

A cooler day here today with some sun and cloud and 18º. Its 13º here now.
Did my morning bus run and when I got back home I went into Woodstock to conduct some business. Then off to do my afternoon bus run. While I was gone Tammy dropped Payton here on her way to work. Ruby and Payton went in and picked up Damien when he got home from school. Noel here after he got home from work and he took the grandkids home after supper.

Day 932

Another hot sunny one here today and 28º. Its 24º here now.
Did my morning bus run. After breakfast we went into Woodstock to do some business. Ruby into Noel's to wait for the grandkids to get home from school and bring them to our place. I did my afternoon bus run. Noel here to pick up the grandkids after he got home from work.

Day 931

A hot sunny day here today and 27º. Its 23º here now.
Did my morning bus run. After breakfast I put an extension on the bathroom door and painted it while Ruby painted the baseboards in the bathroom - all finished now. Then I did my afternoon bus run. Tammy dropped Damien & Payton here on her way to work. After I got home I took Damien to his karate class. Noel here after he got off work and he took the grandkids home.

Day 930

Another beautiful warm sunny day here today and 26º. Its 21º here now.
Did my morning bus run and fueled up after. Ruby into Woodstock for her meeting and some shopping after. After breakfast I installed baseboard in the bathroom and reinstalled the towel racks, exhaust fan, etc. Then off for my afternoon bus run. Ruby went in and picked up the grandkids after they got home from school. Noel here after his work and he took the grandkids home after supper.

Day 929

Another beautiful sunny day here today and 24º. Its 19º here now.
Back at my morning bus run this morning. After breakfast I did some more taping in the bathroom and Ruby started to paint the walls. Then off for my afternoon bus run. While I was gone Tammy dropped Damien & Payton here on her way to work. Ruby finished painting the walls (2 coats). After I got home I took some things into Noel in Woodstock. After supper Ruby took Payton to her Sparks and Noel dropped in and picked up Damien. I removed the tape from the bathroom. A few things left to do - baseboard, reinstall towel racks etc.

Day 928

Another beautiful sunny day here today and 22º. Its 17º here now.
After a late breakfast I did the final touchups in the bathroom and Ruby painted the ceiling. In the afternoon we went to a golf course driving range in Woodstock to get the kinks out lol. We then went for an ice cream treat. Noel, Damien & Payton here after supper for awhile.

Day 927

Another great sunny day here today and 22º. Its 17º here now.
Up bright and early with the grandkids. Tammy picked them up after breakfast. We got at the bathroom renovations then - Ruby finished priming and I did some spot touch ups. I also checked out the furnace as the pilot light would not stay lit. Narrowed it down to the a bad thermo coupler and went into Woodstock and picked one up. Installed the new one, checked it out & worked great, put it all back together and then the electronic igniter would not work. Took it apart again and after some checking found insulation gone from wire where it goes through the furnace front panel. Repaired and put it back together and all working good. Don't need the furnace right now with the great weather we are having but you never know.

Day 926

Another beauty of a day here today with lots of sun and 23º. Its 16º here now - gotta love it.
After breakfast me and Noel went to Kitchener for Noel to do some business. When I got back home Ruby was cleaning the trailer windows and I got at taping and did some priming of the bathroom. Tammy dropped the grandkids here just after lunch. Ruby then cleaned the inside of our vehicle. Then we went into Woodstock and picked up the paint for the bathroom, took the grandkids out for supper (Payton's pick- Boston Pizza), took them to a park where they fed the ducks & geese. We then went to DQ for our dessert but too big of a lineup there - guess everyone wants ice cream because of the hot weather. We went into Noel's and let the dogs out for awhile. Then back to our place and the grandkids are here for a sleepover.

Day 925

Another great day here today with some sun and cloud and 21º. Its 17º here now.
After breakfast got back at getting the bathroom ready for painting. Out for a walk in the afternoon. Ruby in and picked up the grandkids. After supper me and Payton took Damien to his karate class and after we went to a park for awhile. Ruby will take them home shortly and get them in bed and stay with them until Tammy gets home from work.
