Day 2613

A sunny day here today and 24. Its 18 here now.
Out for a walk/jog this morning. After breakfast I took some of my golf clubs to a golf shop and had them re-gripped. When we got back I got our bikes out and got them ready. After lunch 13 of us from the park went for a bike ride - just a short one until we get our bike legs back lol. When we got back we went to Fred & Dianne's for wine time. After that Fred & Dianne here for supper with us.

Day 2612

A sunny day here today and 26. Its 20 here now.
Ruby went to her TOPS meeting this morning. After breakfast I walked to the golf course and played 18 holes with the park golf league. Into the clubhouse after golf for refreshments. When I got back home from golf Fred & Dianne came here for for a visit. After that we went to the park hall for a Welcome Back potluck dinner. When we got back home I did up and posted the stats for today's golf.

Day 2611

A sunny morning here today, cloudy in the afternoon and 27. Its 22 here now.
Walked to the golf course this morning to bring over our golf league teams sheet for tomorrow. After I got back I took everything off our deck to have the outside of our place washed. Guy here at 0800 to start washing - started on the roof and did all the outside. We went to the park hall for donuts & tea and a park association meeting. After the meeting Ruby went out to pick up a few things and I did up the park events calendar for November for our association. After Ruby got back home I went out to get some copies of the calendar. Then the gang, 2 more couples got in last night & this morning, here for wine time and Ruby's homemade spaghetti for supper.

A nice sunny day here today and 27. Its 22 here now.
After breakfast this morning I walked to the golf course and played 9 holes along with 8 other guys. After lunch me, Ruby, Fred & Dianne went out to do some shopping. When we got back home it was wine time at Fred & Dianne's. After supper I did up and posted the teams for our Thursday golf league.

Day 2609

A sunny day here today and 27. Its 22 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast I took our car to a car wash to clean off the road grime from our trip down. When I got back me & Fred did a beer run. After lunch I took my bike to the bike shop where I purchased it to have it serviced. After that Ruby & Dianne went out for some shopping. When they got back me, Fred & Dianne went back to the bike shop where I picked up my bike plus one for Dianne. After we got back we had wine time here with Fred & Dianne.

Day 2608

A sunny day here today and 27. Its 24 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast I checked out a leak we had in the kitchen sink drain. Had to replace both baskets as the gaskets were bad on each and both strainers were broken. Bought the kits and replaced the works. After that I helped our neighbor, Tim, with his car. It's the car we had and he replaced the timing belt - not an easy job. Then the crowd all here for wine time.

Day 2607

A sunny day here today and 28. Its 22 here now.
Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast we got back at getting things packed away and setup. After lunch I went for a bike ride around the park and then went to the park pool for a swim. We then went to Fred & Dianne's for wine time. The women ran over to the grocery store by the park before they closed to tear down the store & build a new store there - they got some good deals.
