Day 1920

A warm windy cloudy day here today with a wicked thunderstorm in the late afternoon and 26º. Its 19º here now.

Out for a walk this morning and after breakfast we went out to pick up some last minute things. After lunch we set up some Christmas lights etc on an empty lot for our Christmas Eve party later tonight. Had a thunderstorm in the late afternoon and after it was over we set up 4 canopies for our party as we were still having showers. Had a good time with 28 people at the party - great food, refreshments & good friends.

Day 1919

A warm cloudy day here today and 28. Its 24 here now.
After breakfast this morning I walked to the golf course and played 9 holes of golf along with 8 other guys from our park. Relaxing and enjoying the nice warm weather in the afternoon. Then across the road to our neighbours for a few refreshments before supper. Ruby to the park hall for bingo after supper.

Day 1918

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 26. Its 22 here now.
Out for a walk this morning and Ruby to the park hall for her exercise class. After breakfast I went out to pick up a few things. Ruby went out to do the same after lunch and I wrapped her gifts while she was gone. In the afternoon 19 of us from the park went to the American Legion for wings, fries & refreshments. Then stayed and enjoyed the live music.

Day 1917

A mix of sun and cloud here today with rain and thunder showers in the afternoon and 25. Its 19 here now with thunder & lightning.
After breakfast we walked to the golf course, along with 3 other couples, and played 9 holes of golf. When we got back home we got ready and went out for our 40th Anniversary supper - went to Outback Steakhouse in Largo and had a great meal.

Day 1916

A nice sunny day here today and 25. Its 19 here now.

Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast did a few things around the motorhome. After lunch I went to help a person here in the park trim some trees on his lot. Also we cut up the limbs etc after and bagged them. Ruby went to finish up her shopping. Then it was time for the gang to get together for a few snacks & refreshments.

A nice sunny day here today and 22. Its 16 here now.
Out for a walk this morning and Ruby to the park hall for her exercise class. After breakfast I went out to do my Christmas shopping. In the afternoon we went to the park hall for a pot luck Christmas party - Santa was there.

Day 1914

A nice sunny day here today and 20º. Its 13º here now.

Ruby to her TOPS meeting this morning. After breakfast we walk to the golf course and I played 18 holes & Ruby played 9 holes with the park golf league. After golf 11 of us from the park walked to a restaurant by our park for supper and then walk to the Florida Botanical Gardens to have a look at the Christmas lights - great evening.
