Day 4961

 Rain in the morning here today with clouds in the afternoon and 19. It's 17 here now.

Had to cancel our golf this morning due to the rain. Got Landon and Charlie ready for school and then took them down to get their school bus. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and some shopping after. I removed the rest of the carpet and vinyl flooring from our motorhome. Then down to the road to meet Landon and Charlie's school bus. When Ruby got back we cleaned out our vehicle to get it ready to trade it tomorrow. Landon sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 4960

 A cloudy day here today with rain showers in the afternoon and 24. It's 20 here now.

We got Landon and Charlie ready for school this morning and then I took them down to get their school bus. After that me and Noel went into Woodstock to pick up the materials to repair the motorhome floor. When we got back I sprayed the damaged area with sealer. After that we installed a weight distribution hitch and sway bar on Noel's truck and trailer. We then took his trailer to a dump station in Woodstock to dump the holding tanks. Then down to the road to meet Landon and Charlie's school bus. Landon is sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 4959

 Sunny in the morning here today, cloudy in the afternoon with a few sprinkles and 25. It's 13 here now.

Landon and Charlie up for our Sunday bacon and eggs breakfast this morning. After that me and Noel spent the day at our motorhome - removed the damaged flooring, the styrofoam insulation in the damaged area, a small piece of wall panelling, cleaned up the damaged area, removed the rest of the vinyl flooring in the kitchen, bathroom etc. Ruby cooked up a great cooked supper with chicken, roast, dressing, etc. Landon and Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 4958

 A sunny day here today and 23. It's 19 here now.

Out for a walk this morning. After breakfast I trimmed the trees on the back of our trailer. After lunch me and Noel got at removing the carpet and vinyl flooring from our motorhome - found a bad spot in the flooring and will have to be repaired. 

Day 4957

 A mostly sunny day here today and 25. It's 24 here now.

Out early this morning and mowed the lawn and after breakfast I did most of the trimming. Then I parked and leveled our motorhome by our shed to get ready to install new flooring. After that we went to the Kia dealer in Woodstock to have a look at the vehicle we had ordered last October. Took it for a test drive and will pick it up next week. After supper we went to the icecream shop in Woodstock, where Payton works, for an icecream.

Day 4956

 Sunny in the morning here today, then cloudy with a few very lite showers, then sunny again in the afternoon and 21. It's 21 here now.

We got Landon and Charlie ready for school this morning and then I took them down to get their school bus. After that I went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes along with 1 other guy.

Day 4955

 Cloudy in the morning here today with thunderstorms and showers throughout the day and 26. It's 22 here now.

Very early rise this morning and I took Carla, Gary, Neila and Lachlan to the airport in Hamilton for their flight home. After breakfast I removed the backup camera we had installed on Noel's trailer earlier as it wasn't working and got it packed to return. Then installed another one but before we got a chance to check it the thunderstorms started. In the afternoon Ruby took Payton to her work in Woodstock, she started a new job yesterday. Landon and Charlie sleeping here with us tonight.
