Day 550

Day started out a little frosty (-6º) and sunny but clouded over and by lunch time it was raining and 3º. Its 3º here now and rain.
Did my morning bus run and stopped for tea after. Then to Innerkip for some more repairs - crossing gate wasn't working. After a late breakfast had a little rest and then off for my afternoon bus run. Noel, Damien & Payton here for supper and then they left for the grandkids gymnastics. Ruby picked Payton up after their gymnastics and brought her back here while Noel & Damien went to kick boxing. After their kick boxing Noel picked up Payton.

Frosty (-14º) and sunny this morning but cloudy later and -4º. Its -5º here now.
Left Toronto at 10am after a nice buffet breakfast. Stop in Innerkip to pick up my bus but leak still not fixed so had to take another bus home. Did my afternoon bus run and Ruby into Woodstock Hospital for her checkup. After I finished my run I checked with Innerkip and my bus was ready to go so I took the spare bus back and got my regular one. After supper Ruby into Noel's to watch the grandkids so Noel could go to his kick boxing.

Day 548

Cold windy day here today and -6. Its -12 in Woodstock and -8 here in Toronto now.
Did my morning bus run and then took the bus to Innerkip to get a coolant leak checked. As I was not doing a run this afternoon and tomorrow morning I left the bus there and they gave me a ride home. After breakfast I called Health Care Connect who try and find doctor for people who do not have a family doctor. Looks they may have one for me and Ruby, will call the doctor's office on Friday for confirmation. After that we got ready and left for Toronto. We have a room at the Stratcona Hotel for the night and are going to the Leafs / Penguins hockey game (our Christmas gift from Noel & Tammy). Got there at 1:30 pm but by the time we found the hotel, parking etc it was 2:30 pm. We then freshened up and went to the underground PATH here to have a look around and have supper. Then it was off to the ACC for the game. It was a bit slow in the first period but the second & third were faster. It was 2 to 2 at the end of regulation and the Leafs won in overtime. They were really outplayed and out shot though. Back at the hotel now having a Tim's.

Nice sunny day here today and 0º. Its -2º here now.
Did my bus run this morning (roads much better this morning) and stopped for tea after. Ruby into Woodstock for her meeting and some shopping. I went for a walk after breakfast, then did my afternoon bus run. Noel, Damien & Payton here for supper. After supper Ruby went into Noel's to watch the grandkids while Noel went to his kick boxing.
