Day 463

Another cold windy day here today with flurries and -4º. Its -7º here now. Some glad we are not getting all the snow they are getting in London - 50 ms away - they got 100 cms so far.
Did my morning bus run and Ruby into Woodstock for her TOPS Christmas party. After I dropped off my students at the school some bus drivers met and parked our buses in New Hamburg where we boarded a couple of buses to go to Kitchener for a safety meeting. After we got back me and a few other drivers took a bus and went to a restaurant for lunch as it was not worth driving home and having to head back in an hour. After lunch we went back and picked up our buses and headed to the school for our afternoon run. Tammy dropped Damien & Payton here on her way to work - they did not have school again today due to the weather. Damien had is first tooth come out while he was here - he's hoping for the tooth fairy tonight. Noel dropped in on his way home from work and took them home after supper.

Day 462

Cold windy day here today with flurries and -3º. Not a lot of snow accumulation - about 5 cms - although they are getting lots of snow all around us. Its -4º here now with flurries.
Did my morning bus run and stopped for tea after. All the schools in our area (Oxford county) were closed due to the weather but I am driving for the Kitchener / Waterloo county office and their schools were open so we had to do our runs. Did my afternoon run and Tammy dropped Damien & Payton here on her way to work. Noel dropped in after work and took the grandkids home after supper.

Day 461

Cold windy day here today a some sunny periods and some flurries and -2º. Its -4º here now. Suppose to have our first storm of the season tonight.
Had a late breakfast (Sunday again lol). After lunch I went into Noel's to help him with Tammy's van - heater fan motor not working. Found fan speed control switch burnt up. Could not get a new one so we removed it and installed a toggle switch so that she could turn the fan off and on but no speed control - it will be on high when it is switched on but its better than nothing - at least she got heat now.

Day 460

Had about 5 cms of snow here last night. Cold day with some sunny periods and -1º. Its -3º here now.
Up bright and early with the grandkids and spent the morning having fun with them. Then took them to their gymnastics class. After that we took them for lunch at McDs. We then took them home as Noel was home from work. Listening to the Royals / Cats game now and checking on the Wings / Boos game - GO WINGS GO !!!!!!!!!!

Cold mostly sunny day here today and 0º. Its -2º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am to wait for the grandkids to get up and I did my morning bus run. I stopped for tea after dropping off at the school and then stopped and picked up Payton on my way home. Ruby took Damien to school. Me and Payton went for a walk before lunch - she was in her buggy. I then did my afternoon bus run and Ruby & Payton went into Noel's to wait for Damien to get home from school and Tammy to get home from work. Noel & Tammy dropped the grandkids here before supper for a sleepover - some fun. They are just getting into bed now.

Day 458

Cold and windy here today with some flurries and -1º. Its -2º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am to wait for the grandkids to get up and get them off to school. I did my morning bus run. After breakfast Ruby got at doing some Christmas things to be sent home and I took it easy as I'm not feeling well again - the flu shot is certainly working as its my 2nd flu so far lol. In the afternoon I did my afternoon bus run and Ruby into Noel's to wait for the grandkids to get home from school and for Tammy to get home from work.

Cold day with some flurries here today and 0º. Its -1º here now.
Ruby into Noel's at 6 am to wait for the grandkids to get up and I did my morning bus run and stopped for a tea on the way home. Ruby got Damien off to school and then her & Payton to our place. Ruby & Payton did some baking and Payton kept us entertained. I then did my afternoon bus run and Ruby & Payton went to Noel's to wait for Damien to get home from school and Tammy to get home from work.
