Day 2977

A cold cloudy windy day here today and 7. Its 4 here now.

Ruby went to her TOPS meeting this morning. After breakfast I went out and hooked the trailer to the lawn tractor and loaded the short pieces of lumber etc that we had left over from the garage build and packed in the garage for firewood. I then straightened out the metal shed that had moved with the wood pieces packed against it and also straightened & secured the chain link fence around the dog pen. After that I cut up the skids we had and packed in the garage for more firewood. All here for supper and after supper Damien & Payton went into Woodstock trick or treating and me, Noel & Sarah took Landon & Charlie out around here. Ruby still not feeling well enough to go out in the cold.

Day 2976

A cloudy cold wind day here today with a few showers and 6. Its 4 here now.
After a late breakfast this morning I went into Woodstock to get a propane tank filled. We relaxed a bit after as Ruby is still not feeling well and it's cold outside - outta here in a week's time. Landon & Charlie here with us for a couple of hours before supper and all here for supper with us.

Day 2975

A mix of sun and cloud here today and 11. Its 6 here now.
After a late breakfast this morning I went out and took the kids bikes, etc from the garage and stored them in the shed. Also stored the lawn chairs in the shed. I then removed the aluminum piece I had placed over the door of our trailer earlier and cut out a new longer piece - the original piece wasn't quite long enough  to keep the rain water from running down by the door. Ruby still not feeling well - sore throat etc. 

Day 2974

A cloudy wet day here today and 10. Its 2 here now.
Up with Landon this morning - he is not feeling well and has a bad cough. Out in the garage for the day, with the fire going, putting away all the things from the shed. Also lots of tools to sort and hang on the pegboard. Ruby also not feeling well - sore throat etc.

A mostly sunny day here today and 17. Its 12 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Payton and Landon this morning. I spent the day taking everything out of the shed, gave it a good cleaning, sealed around bottom of walls with expanding foam and then packed things back in. Then me and Damien took down the canopy we had set up and I put that away. We then got ready and went to Gerry & Yvonne's in Woodstock for supper. Landon staying here with us tonight.

Day 3972

A sunny day here today and 12. Its 3 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning. After Ruby had her breakfast we went to Thamesford for Ruby's appointment with our family doctor. Then back to Woodstock where we picked up a few things before heading back home. Ruby then went into Woodstock to a tattoo place to have Charlie's star added to her foot. She also had Payton's star redone and all 4 stars joined by angel dust. I removed the 25' hose I had on the trailer water line and made up a 6' one to replace it. I then installed a heater cable on the water line that is above the ground underneath the trailer - its getting cold here. After supper Ruby & Payton working on things for Payton's bake sale tomorrow. Payton & Landon here with us for tonight.

Day 3971

A cloudy day here today and 11. Its 3 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning before I took him down to the house. I then spent the day moving things from the shed to the garage and setting up things in the garage - installed the shed bench & peg board in the garage room, put up hooks and hung up items etc, etc. After Ruby & Payton bake some cupcakes for Payton's bake sale on Friday. Landon here with us for tonight.

A cloudy day here today with showers throughout the day and 14. Its 9 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning. Ruby went to her TOPS meeting and shopping after. I spent the day out in the garage - installed peg board over the work bench, moved things around in the room out there, brought my tools from my shed to the garage, got the work bench in my shed ready to move to the garage, etc, etc. When Noel got home from work we moved the bench from the shed to the garage room. Landon here with us for the night.

A cloudy day here today with rain in the late afternoon and 20. Its 15 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning before I took him down to the house. I then went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes along with 1 other guy. Into the clubhouse after golf for a refreshment. On the way back home I stopped in and got my flu shot. Landon sleeping here with us tonight.

Day 3968

A sunny day here today and 25. Its 17 here now.
After a late breakfast this morning me and Noel went out to the garage and I got up on the roof where I put some caulking along both sides of the peak where the metal sheets meet the peak channel. When there is rain with strong winds (sideways rain) there was some water getting in there - hopefully this will fix it. Noel installed the dartboard. Landon sleeping here with us tonight.

Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning. Ruby went to her TOPS Recognition Day in Woodstock and some shopping after. After I took Landon down to the house I got back at resealing the windows, seams, etc on our trailer. Took all day but got it finished - a lot more work than I figured.

Day 3966

A sunny day here today and 22. Its 12 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning before I took him down to the house. After that I spent the day resealing all the windows, door, joins, corners, etc on our trailer. Got the front side and the front done. We then took Landon & Charlie out to McDs for supper. Stopped to pick up a few things on our way back home. Landon is asleep up here with me and Ruby is down to the house with Charlie until Sarah gets home from work.

A sunny day here today and 20. Its 8 here now.
Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning before I took him down to the house. I then went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes along with 2 other guys. Into the clubhouse after golf for a refreshment. Ruby cooked up a great salt beef supper and Gerry & Yvonne here for supper with us. Sue dropped Landon & Charlie here after supper. Landon asleep up at our place with me and Ruby down to the house with Charlie until Sarah gets home from work.

A sunny day here today and 20. Its 13 here now.
We had breakfast with Landon this morning before bringing him down to the house. After that I took Ruby to a hair salon in London for her to have her hair done. We went our for a late lunch after and then headed back home. Before supper we went into Woodstock to pick up Landon & Charlie at their daycare. Landon sleeping here with us tonight.

Up and had breakfast with Landon this morning. Then Ruby took him down to the house before she went to her TOPS meeting and shopping after. I then went to a golf course in Woodstock where I played 18 holes along with 2 other guys. Into the clubhouse after golf for a refreshment. Ruby picked up Landon & Charlie on her way home from shopping. After supper I put Landon to bed at our place and Ruby down to the house with Charlie until Sarah gets home from work.

Up and got breakfast for Damien, Payton & Landon this morning before they went down to the house for Noel to take them to school and their daycare. When Noel got back home we went out and finished installing the garage chimney. Then lit the first fire in the garage - stove works good. Landon sleeping here with us tonight.
